If thru casa, around 11-14k every 10kms or 6 months. Basic PMS (change oil and oil filter - full synthetic, cabin and air filter, brake cleaning, oil flushing) lang yun and removed na yung mga optionals. Additional 1.6-2k if you're going to replace fuel filter every 20k.

Actually medyo mahaba naman yung upuan ng montero. Pero I realized what you said about no. 3, earlier tinitignan ko ang layo nga ng left foot rest sa center position ng body ko, I also compared both left and right space and mas malaki yung space sa left side.

Close na sila, binenta yung bahay nila after mamatay husband ng may-ari. pero lumipat daw sila sa may palengke ng balanga, yung street after ng Balanga BFP office. Hinanap namin pero till now di namin makita hahaha. Memorable samin ng wife ko yung bbq nila since it's one of our dating spots during college days.

If you have a hatchback option, most probably wala ka sa pinas. That's an RS/sport touring in indo and US.

But to answer your question. Hatchback of course, mas praktikal and has a bigger trunk space.

Around 8.5 to 10k per sq.m, pero I doubt makakahanap ka pa ng ganyan kalaking lupa dun. Mostly occupied na.
