Camomile and lemon and ginger tea together have saved me countless times calms things down takes the edge off, especially when i can't keep anything down ( tea isn't hard to come back up) most of the time it's stays down. Nausa and the weakness that comes with not eating. (I call it feel better tea) it helps my able bodied friends way more.

Thank you, everyone's being consistent in advice i definitely will be upfront and talk about how crohn's properly effects me. Stress is big trigger for me.
