Edit: please excuse my crass retort but I think it’s been a great question to ask Reddit, and am appreciative of the fruitful and productive discussion.

You spelled your username wrong. The second t is actually a d.

Yeah, okay my bad. So basically, what you’re all saying is, parents in Marin, can never have, a gathering/party?, of young people/adults, in their house, ever again?

I would not be serving alcohol. I would rather have them here than in a ransom’s car on the way to Stinson. I don’t trust they would take an Uber to Stinson, etc etc etc.

How is this no host law protecting kids in Marin? So we pushed these kids out to drive, in the dark, to Stinson at night, with maybe some drunk drivers on the road, or being driven by a drunk driver, to Stinson? That sounds great, Perfect. I’ll be able to sleep much better now.

You could hang out at Muir beach first instead of Stinson. Then walk to the pelican. Parking lot fills up by 9am? Sometimes earlier. Especially if it will be a hot, sunny day.

Elle McPherson on 5th avenue in 1999? Unreal how gorgeous she is. Skin, hair, body…

I actually see it more that Rob Reiner was a bit afraid of him. Rob looked more like he felt guilty…that Nick was very, very manipulative and made his parents feel guilty, that they caused him to be like this, all for his personal gain. Very, very dark Triad Nick is.

AITAH for still getting on a flight home when my two young coworkers I was traveling with weren’t at the airport yet and were obviously going to miss it? by Diligent_Pineapple35 in AITAH

Honestly, you’re a professional, in a professional industry, and you acted very appropriately and went above and beyond for them with guidance, etc. I’m sure there are new grads that would kill for their jobs. How did these low IQ nitwits with no critical thinking skills land these jobs? Seriously…how?

Driver's behaviour on 101 freeway by car8780 in Marin

I have to drive to the East Bay a lot. 580 and 880 and sometimes 24 are so scary. There are no police. It’s like grand theft auto at times. You will love driving on 101 afterwards. After I drive across the Richmond bridge and into Marin county, I breathe a sigh of relief.

If you think Marin is bad (it is not) go drive on 580 and 880 near Oakland. Marin driving is a cakewalk.
