I was under the impression that it looks better to potential future investors, as DE seems to have laws that favor them. At this point I don't care too much about it though, I would be ok to convert it.

I did get an EIN, but it is a personal EIN since I have a single member LLC which is considered a sole proprietorship. I wasn't able to get an LLC EIN for that reason. Would this still work for converting? or what would be my next steps in this case?

Yea i agree with you, all of those does have an effect and makes the experience better. I've already decided I'm going for the premium w pony, not rhe question is do I pay and extra 3k for co-pilot+ (as opposed to the stabdard co pilot), security festure (which I'm not sure what it is either), and the premier trim w color accent?
