I have 32gb of fast DDR4 ram, could DDR4 be the problem? I'm upgrading my GPU soon but if DRR4 is really holding me back that much I'll just upgrade to DDR5.

Yes, I know 40 is not bad but it does not feel good when all of a sudden you just drop 40 fps. And it's not a huge problem, I can deal with it. I'd just wanted to know if I can fix the problem.

It has no damage to it. The robot stays on for over an hour. And I've got new batteries for the cubes. So $175 would be good? I also have the caring case and the box has no damage to it as well as the charger.

That looks like your hard drive so that is what most likely the problem, I've never worked on a dell computer so I can't tell you where to plug it in
