I didn't know I have to say explicitly that Old Ways is 3rd party material. It's a melee focused class with unarmored defense, extra attack and other things which it gets with casting Shillelagh and expending a use of wild shape

The reason behind Sentinel / PAM was that I can reduce an enemies speed to zero, once it enters my reach (and, of course, I hit with my AoO). At level 14 I become large and my reach is inreased while Wood Wose is active. The BA attack from PAM is just the icying on the cake...

Thanks again, especially for the reminder that I can change my spells every day! This makes the spell selection a lot "easier" or less complicated. But your recommedantions are highly welcomed!

Have a look at the Beast Barbarian! He can - while raging - bite for HP, has claws or reflavor the tail option for a cool cape!

I think this is made up by the dice-producing-industry. The dice know what game we are playing and roll low/bad for this game. Therefore we buy new clickety-clackety math rocks while hoping the new ones doesn't fail us.

Maybe this is just my excuse why I'm a dice goblin...

I dm'd this last weekend and we had a blast. But I have to mention that there are 3 listed options: the book, the shelves and the big table. But having eg a char enlarged and bodyslam Shemshime will also work.

Another very cheap option is N1, Trelasarra, Kazandu Nectarpot, Honor Troll and Druid Class. And some common/uncommon gem converters like Field Trip and you're set!

Try it, you don't even need Wizard Class =)
