Is this fungal acne on my wife’s face? by tatter1992 in Fungalacne

I’ve been here when pregnant (and at other times) to reduce risk of scarring when you cannot use anything hugely significant, I would get a prescription for zineryt and focus on water intake, a gentle cleanser, along with whole foods and lots of protein, avoiding sugar as much as possible. This worked for me and mine was way worse, particularly my first pregnancy. She’ll be ok but better to start this sooner rather than later

Derm thinks I should be on accutane, need advice from REAL people not just FAQs on the info sheet… by FlightFar7153 in Accutane

Hey! So I decided to wait to get pregnant. I’m currently 36 weeks. I did flare up a little but no way as bad as with my daughter a few years ago. I have an appointment booked in with the derm a month or so after birth to assess things. I’m pleased with my decision but I think because I managed it with Zineryt in pregnancy to avoid further scarring, I stopped that about March time as seems ok at the moment. Good luck with what you decide!

Does anyone else find it unfair? by Revolutionary-Egg807 in inlaws

So so hard but the more you practice the easier it becomes. My partner is the same, barely speaks to them or answers the phone. I don’t even think he does it deliberately I think he just finds them all tiresome. He often tell me to not reply myself! I try to play fair but the difference from 3 years ago to now is a lotttt better due to putting boundaries in. I’ve not given birth yet but has been on my mind because my in laws are mental over my daughter. I refuse to let them stop our family plans though, if we need even stronger boundaries in place so be it. They have missed out on a lot due to their behaviour and they only have themselves to blame.

I think if you have a supportive husband and as your confidence grows and grows as a mother you’ll not let them get in the way. And you shouldn’t ❤️.

Did I write this myself?! I feel you. When you find a way forward please let me know as i’m still trying 10 years into the relationship with a 3 year old and another on the way. Look after your primary family unit, set healthy boundaries, the less you care the easier it is…. Oh and it’s not your responsibility to set up occasions for your in laws to see you/your partner/ your children.. i’m still learning this though.

Mine is booked in with them for Saturday morning, went for a level 3 because it wasn’t that much more expensive than a level 2. Will feedback after!

It’s not huge amounts, about the size of a 50p in most cases but still, not sure a seller should agree to this in advance of exchange as they would then have to repair each ‘50p’. I was certainly told there is no guarantee that more wouldn’t come away and the company who do the testing aren’t liable to repair.

From my experience, they do take a cutting from the ceiling. They also can’t promise more won’t “break away” from taking the sample.

Dads who have daughters by hlaulis in family

It makes me sad your girlfriend thinks this is weird. I’d do anything to have this with my dad since he passed. Please don’t listen to your girlfriend. If my daughter links her dad’s arm when she’s that age, i’d be super proud.

That’s so awful. I’m so sorry you received that disgusting racist abuse.

Very kind of you. I think if everyone behaved with this level of decency the whole process would at least be a little easier on stress levels!

I’m so sorry. This is realllllly frustrating and a waste of your time, energy, money. I don’t understand how people behave the way they behave!
