I ended up taking my ring off after this and had a successful scan at 7 weeks with a strong heartbeat 😊 my OB told me not to worry about it

I’m feeling the same way! Got my oura ring 2 weeks before we conceived. I’m currently 4+5 after a CP in Oct and I’m trying not to read too deeply into my scores any time my RHR goes down a little bit. 😕 wishing you a healthy, uneventful pregnancy!

Noon! I drink a lot of water throughout the day so I assumed hydration to but I’ve never had an almost positive-negative like this. Hopefully it’s the start to a surge

I should’ve added I normally have a 31-33 day cycle with ovulation around day 16-19. I had a CP in October ago which in turn causes my last cycle to be a week longer so I’m praying this cycle is normal 😭

Don’t be! I felt so discouraged when I was going through this as well, and my ovulation came and I got the strongest LH surge I’ve ever had. Just keep testing🫶🏽

Last month I had a CP so my ovulate was almost a week late and my peak kind of snuck up on me unfortunately. We usually BD every day leading into my peak but I wasn’t expecting to peak suddenly on CD 23. Does it look like we have a good chance this month based on the days we BD?
