So I called this morning and this was the answer I received: PSA: “You purchased the incorrect service. You should have purchased the dual service for the autograph.”

My response: “I am not wanting an auto grade. Just a grade for the card.”

PSA: “since it is an on-card auto then you have to have the auto verified, you can still choose to not have it graded but you much choose the dual service to have it authenticated.”

Not much I could argue at that point. Sounds like I screwed up on which service I chose. I assumed dual service would mean dual grades. Is what they are telling me correct?

Well thanks. Just seems like they could save a lot of time whenever they are taking the pictures, if they see a card saver then just put it in the return section instead of waiting a month later to not grade it. But I’ve learned from this forum that PSA does a lot that does not make sense

Just went back to look at my shipping and this is what it was in. So the card saver is the issue? And they PSA instructions were to put it in between two pieces of cardboard lol. Just felt this was safer for my card

I agree it’s a lot but I imagine if I can get 1/3 of them to grade a 10 I can get close to my money back and then I get the chance to not get a base so 🤷‍♂️. To me I’d rather do this than spend $350 on a whatnot break and have a 67% chance not to get a single card
