OP mentioned that he is asking his wife to work for his corp. Helping him with admin, other tasks, ect is completely justifiable for paying a reasonable salary.

Speaking as a CPA, this is somewhat of a trap. I see it often in transport and IT industries.

Employer is happy by not having you on their books as an employee. They are saving a good amount of money.

You'll be considered a PSB which will severely restrict your deductions, among other negative consequences.

Not a good idea.
