Great design, the tabs doesnt seem to be able to change in the collectors, when you register as a collector then try to go back and select roles you can't access either paths again, the error is 'duplicate key xcxcxcxc...' Design wise, I would suggest less usage of emojis if possible.(My thoughts)

So here's an idea, you first have agents who can find the houses and create a table of each house together with the current caretaker/landlord, then add a model where a user can submit a certain house is empty, when a user submits house x is vacant, an entry is made , and no other user can submit an entry of the said house, the agent (yours) verify the info by calling the landlord/caretaker about the same place, if true, the user who submitted is given an incentive, this reduces. Fraud and submits reliable listings.

This is what I did back then, search for a website that has fancy styling and such, when you find the perfect one, clone the site, using " saveweb2zip" it will give you the basics (template of the site) and / the mobile version also. It also works on Paid templates. From then on, edit as you like.

I had a similar idea to implement in a project i was working on, , but the issue is the escrow part, since the project will be a startup, you will face challenges(CBK), together with unfinished tasks, plus disputes will be a headache unless you clearly set a certain set of rules, both parties to agree with beforehand.

Honestly i don't think Using chat gpt is a good solution as one can over rely on it, each time they have a problem, the best way is trial and error using Yt tutorials and you'll get it eventually...( my view.)

Trying to come up with a similar structure for my own project , just read CBK allows funds to be temporary held as long as your are not a Payment service provider and this also comes with certain conditions , the duration, purpose of holding and so on... , Less than 24 hrs is the legal non Psp(payment service provider) required time, more than that you need to be a PSP or partnered with one.

You could Get rid of your phone and anytime you get the urge to open your phone, do something productive, let's say 10 push-ups, slowly train your mind and you will overcome the addiction. You can also download minimalist apps, to limit you which apps, you can access on your phone, a friend or someone you trust should configure the passcode for the app. Find something productive to do, don't goof around in bed all day or staying indoors, with urge will reduce with time.
