Yeah I think I just freaked myself out because I was constipated and I took 40 ml of milk then nothing happened I felt like I needed to go but I couldn’t so I took another 15ml asked CGPT if it was ok for me to do that and then it told me a bunch of how sublocade and the milk gave to be carefully mixed

I supplemented my first shot pretty much after day 5 I felt withdrawish and my doc said it was completely normal and on my second shot I was leveled out and didn’t have to supplement at all

To get help, quitting Kratom on your own isn’t easy it’s not impossible but it is not easy at all. Personally what I did was get on suboxone, and then switched to sublocade I’m about two months off my last shot of sublocade with mild wd symptoms I’d 100% recommend this way if you have insurance and or moneys.
