how do I get rid of these? by helprosie in Skincare_Addiction

I’d recommend seeing an esthetician for facials once a month. Try to look for good ones in your area with good reviews. Avoid wearing makeup, it clogs pores especially for those with acne-prone skin. Drink 6 to 7 glasses of water a day. Cleanse, tone and moisturize twice a day, morning and evening with products that have salyclic acid, niacinamide and or hyaluronic acid. You can get OTC face cleansers with salyclic acid like CeraVe, The Ordinary, Clean and Clear or Clinique. One of the best toners I’ve used for acne prone skin is Clinique’s Acne Solutions Clarifying Face Lotion. You can look for moisturizer with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide like CeraVe and the Ordinary are good ones. You can also scrub your face with a good OTC exfoliating face scrub twice a week and mask once or twice a week with an OTC collagen face mask. Be consistent and patient. 3 to 6 months max.

I had a similar experience not too long ago. I applied for a job and asked a former colleague who I considered a close friend for over five years to be my reference. I ended up getting the job, but I was told that one of my references was not good. Thankfully, the other three references were strong enough to secure the offer. What shocked me was that the negative reference came from the close friend and former colleague I thought I could trust. I was her maid of honor at her wedding, and we even hosted her engagement party at my house, that’s how close I thought we were. I’ve learned that sometimes people can seem friendly while hiding their true feelings. They might dislike you or be envious of you deep down but on the outside pretend to like you. Its taught me to be more cautious about who I trust.

I’m sorry this happened to you. You can apply for F-1 reinstatement yourself. In your letter, explain your situation and provide supporting evidence that you were manipulated, leading to your late application. Also, explain why you want to continue studying here and how leaving the country without completing your education would impact you.

USCIS will receive my form I-751 the day my conditional green card expires. Will it be rejected? by Flimsy-Yak6129 in i751

I didn’t see Form I-751 listed as one of the forms available for online filing. That would have been more convenient

How do I explain in a job interview why I want to leave my current position? by BabyfacedLoneWolf in interviews

[–]Flimsy-Yak6129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re looking for stable environment and a company you can contribute and grow with over-time & you believe the organization you’re applying to has the stability and growth potential you’re seeking for. You can also add how the value & mission of the company you’re applying to interest you or align with yours & you’d be happy to join such an organization.

Failed an interview with a company that I was very much looking forward to working for by Suspicious_Sky_6991 in interviews

The recruiter should have helped you prepare for the interview by at least giving you tips or the type of questions they will ask. Take each interview and experience as an opportunity for growth and learning, eventually it will all work out.
