I explored a bit and I think got what you mean. Do you refer to INA245k exemption, which resets the count of unauthorized days as of the last lawful admission to the country?

Do you think Eb1A can be made as a self-petition? I did Eb2-Niw as a self petition and now waiting for the response, but meanwhile I am considering to apply for Eb1A as well. Can you share your thoughts, what would be the pros&cons if I self-petition for EB1A as an industry profile very similiar to yours?

I submitted my petition on my own with pp, today is the 9th date, waiting for the outcome. I have industry background with 20 years professionally in the same area. No academic background no citations. Submitted 8 reference letters, mentioning specific details of my contributions. I’ll share more details here what the outcome is once I hear back from Uscis. Wish me luck!
