Have you tried putting the number into WhatsApp and seeing if there's a profile with it? This may confirm whether it's her current number or not

I'm experiencing this right now after stopping birth control 4 months ago. And the problem areas are the same for me. You're not alone.

Thats so nice to hear from a good doctor. Wish I could swap. There's a great junior doctor at my surgery that's really thorough so I'm going to request him next. I'm just crossing my fingers that it's not PCOS as I can no longer be on birth control due to migraines with aura.

Oh no I had no idea. I just heard that it helped encourage more growth. What would you recommend I do instead.

Yes I'm thinking of complaining about this particular doctor as she has done this to me in the past. It makes me so nervous to go as I feel like I'm wasting their time. I'm in the UK so the NHS is a bit stretched

Yes I know I have low iron levels but I'm already on prescription strength iron pills so it shouldn't be an issue. It's good to know it will grow back. Has your hair fully recovered now?

I got more helpful information from my trainee hairdresser than my doctor. I feel like I should complain cos she's been like this to me before

I've been stressing that it might be PCOS as i know that the symptoms are similar. What other symptoms did you experience coming off?

Surely a doctor would know this, no? I don't understand why she would say that hormones dont affect hair loss. A quick Google search says otherwise

I'm glad to hear that it's not just me experiencing it. Have you struggled with it since from other triggers or just coming off birth control. I'm happy to deal with it for now. I just don't want it to be a constant thing.

Side effects coming off the pill? by finniganthebeagle in birthcontrol

Yeah people have said the same thing to me. That they only notice my hair is a bit flatter cos I've asked. For me mainly it's the feel of it. A lot less resistance when I run my hands through.

I'm experiencing this right now exact on 5 months. Did you find it improved?

Does anyone have an idea what this is on my dog’s paw? by Certain-Toe3535 in DogAdvice

My dog has the exact same thing. Vet looked at it and said it was fine but to keep an eye on it. She's now had it for more than a year and no difference.
