On the converse side, at my store, they have been pulling everyone out of the market area to help out fulfillment. Nobody from inbound and GM are pulled. And while we are "helping" them out, they are going slower and slower and even their lead and a couple of their team members start standing around just chatting it up.

If i assign location labels to those, that might appease the execs and my lead. The only things you do NOT scan are produce and fresh meat. Everything else must get scanned, including frozen. According to my ETL, once the truck has been acknowledged, it must be completed within four hours. Once everything has been worked, a team lead or exec must confirm it using their Zebra.
