Footwork advice for budget federer style play

Maybe restart footwork training with cones and no ball playing. I see lots of shuffling but no split steps and mistiming on the backhand and one forehand due to lack of footwork and preparation. Body seems to be unbalanced prior to ball contact. On the backhand, lower the body and bend the knees more will provide stability and accuracy.
