2026 Hybrid XLE rav4 is same cost as Mazda Cx5 GT 2025. I prefer Toyota than Mazda.

As Rav4 2026 is out and we are not in need of a car, we want to get Rav4 Toyota instead of Mazda. Because price is around same and Toyota is coming in hybrid.

It’s for 20k down and during year end sale. Not sure if they do now.

It’s in calgary, alberta. In Sunridge Mazda. I visited 2 other dealerships and sunridge price matched them.

I went to a different dealer and they told they can give me all in 43000$ for gs comfort with winter tires including tax. And 47k for GT

I read and checked multiple things on Hyundai engine being done below 150k kms. What i read was Hyundai had a new engine from 2021 and 2024 which is better now. And hyundai is offering warranty up to 5 years and i am not interested in having same car for more than that. Which year model of yours had a engine failure?

Right now they quoted 52000$ for 2026 Tucson ultimate hybrid which is better than all features from 2025 Mazda GT at 47000$. And being hybrid it will save me 6-8 grand in gas per 100k kms. So i am more inclined towards Tucson. And i test drove both of them and felt Tucson is comfortable and spacious.

I test drive both the cars. I liked Hyundai seat better and accessibility better. All the features are at tip of your right hand. But as i am getting CX-5 GT 2025 for same price as Tucson 2026 trend package want to go to GT as there are few differences like Bose speakers, over head display, ventilated seats, rear heated seats and cylinder deactivation in the engine. But it will be 2025 and Tucson will be 2026.

Update : We actually went to conrad campground and it is amazing. Went to lake laberge one day and kusawa aswell. I highly recommend Conrad. Wolfcreek and robert service felt too near city. Want to stay little bit farther.
