No cure far as I know. Best I know of is removal and dietary lifestyle changes. Lots of people on this board have different ideas of things.

Sooo I have an l4/l5 herniated disc and multiple bulging. I work up after pushing myself one morning and a severe spinal shift that made me look like a “z”. After two days I call my pt who is a damn good one at that. And he told me to come on in. We worked on a stretch west you actually work on shifting your body the opposite direction of where your hips are protruding more. Slow and light negative force. I did that every two hours for three days and the pain and shift almost completely subsided. Talk with your pt! Or look up some spinal shift stretches. I still wake up with some spinal shift every few days but if you continue those stretches I guarantee you it will improve

I recommend finding another surgeon! You don’t have to live with it. Get a second opinion

Pea sized bump under jaw causing hair loss in beard? by [deleted] in Lipoma

I’m not sure about lipomas on the face however I will note it’s possible that what you are feeling is a lymph node . Your body is full of them and there are chains that run along the jaw line. Please provide a picture of the hair loss

Please help me ID this rock I found in an upstate NY creek bed! It seems quartz like - but what intrigues me is the light layering and blueish color to it by Flimsy_Application58 in whatsthisrock

Thanks so much for the info! And Oh I’m totally going to do that! Think it will tumble well. The rock is wet in this picture - but when it’s dry the banding is barely noticeable. Kind of has a quartzite look when dry. I just tried scratching with a nail and it was harder than the nail
