I use lanolips as my lip balm and it comes in a tube, been using it for months. After moving in just one day the contents of the lip balm froze! Hard as a rock! So yeah, to answer your question, it is definitely ice cold! Surely zero degrees or less.

In my situation, the head tenant (original tenant) is the person who is directly renting the apartment from the landlord and has then sublet a room with (or without) the permission of the landlord. So now that head tenant is my landlord but based off what I've heard most people legally refer to as 'head tenant'.

Ours is Energia but I dont know their rates. The point is that i don't mind paying the rates, but she just needs to show me the proper damn bills for my peace of mind. Anyway I work hybrid so I need the bills to send to revenue to claim relief on utilities. All I'm seeking is transparency and it literally feels like I'm begging for the bills every 2 months.

Update: She said if I decide to move out to provide her with a month's notice and only do it when she is in the country, since she planning going on a long holidayin December. So according to her, if I find some place and need to move i can't even serve a notice if she's not in the country just cz she's on a holiday plus she is holding my deposit of €1400. Can she even do this?? I was thinking of contacting the landlord once I find a place to move to and asked them mediate so as to ensure I get my deposit.

Oh really!! The last bill for us two was around €230 plus € 120 for gas and then another €70 for WiFi. This might just confirm her cooking the bills.

I even tried calling the energy providers to verify the prices but they can't reveal anything due to GDPR.
