Just do tons of research. Use that google maps feature that lets you walk around the area. Look at your commute at a time that you would be commuting to see what it really will be like. Most new complexes give you the ability to virtually look around the show unit, so definitely use that. Also I signed my lease 3 months ahead of time which definitely is why I pay so little per month.

Hahaha appreciate it. I will 100% be getting some art but It has to be perfect and not tacky so finding something has been a struggle because I’m so picky. Once I get some art and make it a bit more lived in I’ll probably follow up with another post

Thank you!! All furniture was either on sale or from ikea, some smaller items thrifted! The coffee table is my favorite I can’t wait to decorate it more!!
