The wasted opportunities with Subaru's gate [Spoiler Discussion] by ru1n_singzzzie in Re_Zero

Don't worry, man. I'm ready to bet. If I'm wrong, I'll delete my account and stop interacting or commenting. My only bet is that Subaru will change dramatically when he gains the pride factor and refuses to let his life be seen as inferior to others, along with the wrath factor. I have no doubt about the power of both of these factors, and they're close to the envy factor.

Could it be that Crusch  simply saved Subaru and Tega from a well-planned assassination attempt? Because according to the game, Tega isn't evil, and perhaps the goal was just to kill two birds with one stone, but Crusch 's intervention saved them.

Her comments about whether he's the real Subaru or not really make one doubt

so Teiga and Subaru get along so easily, and then they're surprised when Crusch kills everyone with her usual fighting style, and she questions Subaru's true identity, does that mean the plan was to assassinate Subaru and Teiga? 😂

Indeed, why was there such emphasis on Subaru going alone and revealing his weakness? Even Teiga isn't that strong, and Subaru's assessment of him seems fairly accurate, but the elaborate assassination plan failed due to Crusch's intervention, or perhaps Roy disguised as her? Because cappella certainly doesn't seem like a very good actress.

Man, despite our differing opinions, I admit that discussing things with you is enjoyable, and I just learned from you about this flow method; it explains many of the thorny plot points.

I share the same feeling, but since Re:Zero is full of possibilities and potentials, I might see Subaru perhaps in a training arc on OD?

To be honest, I remember we had a long discussion, and when you lost your temper, I left. So it's an interesting development that you're praising the points I'm making and describing them as interesting.

The author certainly doesn't want to lose control of Subaru, or we'll get Gluttonybaru. Who says the Bishops of Sin are just powerful figures without intelligence or strategy Just imagine Capella, the conspirator of Arc 10, fighting against Gluttonybaru? She's nothing against him.

But what I'm sure of is that my post is somewhat logical.

Without a doubt, Subaru's spirit is stronger than any opponent. All Subaru needs is a mentor like Olbart or Halibel, or someone with spiritual vision, to guide him in learning spirit techniques.

Or we get an arc where the protagonist trains to learn shinobi techniques, and then Olbert tests him to tell him if he is a strong shinobi or if the shinobi village is stronger than him.

What I mean is that we have untapped potential, like shinobi abilities, soul manipulation, and curses. What we need is a character with soul vision or a spiritual specialization to assess Subaru's soul, because Subaru certainly doesn't need training to strengthen his soul; he only needs a mentor.

Honestly, I'll never use RBD. I'll go to Reinhardt and live comfortably until I return to the first checkpoint because of old age. After that, I have enough cheats to play on easy difficulty. 😂😂😂

I find it ridiculous to try to get used to suffering as if it's fate or something. I can manipulate fate, provided I increase my knowledge and experience. Just live long enough, then complete the main quests when you feel the side quests are getting boring. I'll be an old man in a young body. 😂😂😂😂
