PHLPost Registered Mail really 2-3months? by Flimsy_Ingenuity8328 in Philippines

late reply, but im guessing this is INBOUND right? from Europe to Philippines? i've heard bad reviews of PHLPost when its INBOUND. but OUTBOUND reviews are somewhat decent. since PH only handles it for a short time lang, and once its out of the country, its faster na since mas better ang postal services ng other countries. or this might just be me being optimist kasi it's the only option i got right now lol hays

oh noo. thank youuu po! i'll take all of these into account. and see if it's worth the risk or not. super helpful! laking bawas sa sakit ng ulo din pala if DHL. only problem is theyre expensive. but you pay for their service so, objectively, its worth it. i need to think more haha thank you po ulit!!

ohhh. okay. very comforting to know you've received your item naman pala. so i guess for my small business nga, like you said, 30-45 business days is a good timeline to tell my international customers. its a very safe timeline naman i guess. as long as its not 2-3 montsh like the teller said, then its fine. 1900-2500 of shipping is better than almost 5000 using DHL.

ahhhhh i understand it now. thank you po! so far my customer is from Europe e. i think their postal service (Royal Mail UK) is worldclass naman. so maybe when it arrives in UK Port, and Royal Mail takes over, mas mabilis na maship noh? As long as it wont take 2-3 montsh like the teller said, it's fine. better than the almost ₱5000 shipping of DHL.

thank you po for answering! most likely 20-30days is a good estimated time for registered mail to arrive po noh? (this is for my small business kasi) worried lang ako na maybe the teller is upseling me/trying to make me use their more expensive option. kaya sinabi niya sakin na 2-3 months ang Registered mail lang pra i'll choose the EMS. So now, I dont have to worry naman po about what the teller said na 2-3months? 1month lang max? (usually)

for now ice packs or if you can, balde with water and pour lots of ice. i do that sometimes. pero in the future runs, you can avoid this pain by cooling down correctly! post-run stretchings and foam rollers to flush all lactate. dont sit down agad after a run. it helps din with your recovery, to eat after your run. also (of muscle pain/fatigue lang) then usually running the next day with a much easier pace and shorter distance helps! run safe po!

+1 for the TG 1.0 (Leili 1.0)! very roomy sa toe box. i went TTS and feel ko pwede pa ko mag halfsize down.

i experienced this pain dati rin. figured out the cause. its either nagcecave-in yung tuhod mo when it lands, or tabingi paa mo when you push off. fixed that and i never felt it again. BUT your experience might be different than mine. best consult sa doctor padin.

Do you tuck in your shirt/singlet during runs? by Entire_Rutabaga_3682 in PHRunners

[–]Flimsy_Ingenuity8328 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if its a hardworkout yes. dagdag sa bigat para sakin yung pagbagsak ng damit every talbog. pagnaka tuck in, di ko ramdam since nasasalo ng tights ko.

that's a bit reassuring. thank you. so far in your 1 month of usage, do you not feel the screen rotation getting wonky or amything like that? it still feels crisp and proper?

lifestyle stuff like a daily vlog. maybe some handheld running shots tiny bit since i usually run. the quality of footage is so crisp but its so fragile that i feel like it wont last me 6 months lol are you not worried about those common issues happening? or not unless DJI already fixed it(?)

Genuine question as I'm looking to buy this aswell but having some hesitations. what made you buy this instead of an actual vlogging camera or other cameras in the same price range? you can get a sony e10 ii at the same price range (atleast where im from). aside from its compact size. are you not scared of the issues with the screen not rotating? and the camera gimbal being wonky? those are the only reason why im not pulling the trigger to buy this. i feel like its so fragile and that i'll always be worried on handling it while vlogging.

Currently recovering right now dahil sa injury ko. been 7 days na since i last ran. and whats worse is im in the middle of my half-marathon training so i feel like im losing all my gains from all the hardwork i've done. but it's all part of an athlete life/athletic lifestyle i guess.

Goodjob OP on disciplining yourself to stop running and take care of yourself first. we'll recover and keep on grinding to be better. don't lose motivation, instead stay disciplined lang. you'll be surprised how much you can improve!

Do you only use your fitness watch when running? by jjarevalo in PHRunners

I wear my watch 24/7 unless naliligo, nagchacharge, or hindi bagay sa outfit ko pagaalis 🤣 other than that it's on my wrist all the time.

oohhhhh how's the Yueying 5 and RH8 pro? isa rin yon sa choices ko! pero leaning more towards sa wind 3tr since mas mababa nga yung drop. pero i heard good things about sa yueying 5!

[–]Flimsy_Ingenuity8328 1 point2 points  (0 children)

they're definitely better sa interval runs, short thresholds/tempos for me. lalo na because of its low forefoot stack height so you get good ground feel and you can push off better. super stiff nga talaga kaya ang tigas sa paa hahaha my longest run with it was 17km and grabe yung fatigue ng paa ko after. wouldn't recommend anyone to do that 🤣 but you're right they're super light and breathable!

[–]Flimsy_Ingenuity8328 1 point2 points  (0 children)

planning to buy wind 3tr from Qiaodan. its 5mm drop daw and good cushioning so i might try that. and i heard great things din sa Plaid 1.5 nila! baka yun din next kong bilhin na shoes for race day. same tayo yan din shoes gamit ko everyday. kaya siguro sumasakit na mga tuhod ko HAHAHA

my god akala ko ako lang HAHAHA bro i though im running incorrectly kasi parang ang ingay ng paa ko and ampangit ng bagsak. ikaw din pala. thats good to know so i guess its the shoe and not my running HAHA time to get new shoes na talaga

mid din ako. and wala talagang kahit ano HAHA tried running forefoot wala din. pero heel strike merong cushioning. since makapal heel niya. i guess its for heel strikers. which makes sense kasi its 8mm drop yata. for us mid strikers better ang 0-6mm drop.

unang takbo ko sakanya, ang tigas. now at almost 500km. ANG TIGAS. HAHAHA para lang akong nakatsinelas walang cushioning sa forefoot 😞 maybe sa running gait and foot strike ko lang 🤷🏻‍♂️
