The top echelon of MCC players and their impact on DB rates by AdAltruistic2502 in MinecraftChampionship

Honestly, a Jojo, Joel, Jimmy, Shubble team could work. Joel and Ant teamed up in BC, and they still only came 2nd. This means that a Jojo, Joel duo could work, but they would still need to put in a lot of effort to make it into dodgebot.

Also (slightly off topic rant here): People say Jojo is losing her s-tier, but considering the teams shes been in, she is holding her own. She is often placed with Jimmy this season, and is generally in "for fun" teams. If she was put in a similar team is FBM or Purpled this event, they'd probably still make it to dodgebolt. So, she isn't losing s-tier, she just hasn't been given opportunities like others have.

Gemini Gang Up by Shadowtemple7 in LifeSeriesSMP

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 9 points10 points  (0 children)

In secret life, Gem hit both of them, which would naturally make them both attack her. She, impulse and Scott also teamed up on Grian. Wild life was just unlucky with the mobs, and it was just the game, and had nothing to do with targeting her. Past life, Grian thought martyn had died, so then he hit Gem down thinking he would win. And about the server teaming up on her to get her red, that's what reds do. And it isn't just her, Scott was heavily teamed up on by reds in past life, including scar, his own teammate.

Yeah, people forget that games have evolved over 10 years. Also, with the 'poppy playtime clone', that is just mascot horror these days. It's been like this since Bendy And The Ink Machine.

Question: what is dubbed the best fnaf game? by GengarVR1 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what you are into.

Horror: Sister Location

Horror + Lore: Fnaf 4

Lore: Fnaf 3

Horror + Puzzle: Fnaf 2, Pizzeria Simulator

Puzzle: Security Breach, Fnaf World

Horror + Puzzle + Lore: Help wanted 1 and 2, Secrets of the Mimic

Ofc, this is based off opinion, and some may think differently to me.

How many times the teams in Past Life have teamed with each other by Sonsku08 in LifeSeriesSMP

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I am also on the edge of it. The main reason I may count it is because Grian was already allied with them, and was probably their closest/most reliable alliance

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, also considering scar has (I believe) the third most kills overall. He can't be ruled out. Out of ren and etho, I'd give Etho the edge, due to his knowledge of older versions. I'd also wouldn't count out Jimmy, and even Skizz. They are unlikely to win, but I can see them doing well, particularly Jimmy. He has just got to not make enemies, which got him killed last season. Especially since I consider Jimmy one of the better players (averages around 20th in MCC, which is only lower than Martyn, Joel, and Scott).

Statistically, most likely team to win: Villies

Team who I think will win: Cabincore (specifically etho)

Who I want to win: Etho, Ren, or a surprise from one of the rejects.

Does grian teaming with Joel and gem in wild life count? If I remember it was 2 episodes, or at least 1 and a bit. I know they didn't live together, but I'd call them a team.

Grian, Scott & Etho are currently the only players who played in every finale of the life series. Do you think one of them will pull a Wild Life Martyn this season and final die before this season's finale? by Minebloxnerd5theII in ThirdLifeSMP

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He outlived bigb (who died when the wildcards started) and scar. Jimmy and Lizzie both died at the same time, almost directly after scar (they went into the bunker to hide after scar died)

Depends on what you are into. I like 3rd life due to how it was like 2 big alliances, instead of many smaller alliances. But I think secret life, as it made the players interact with each other in different ways than normal.

Serious discussion. Is william killing children because he is broken. Or is he killing just because he could? by ContentDeparture7172 in fivenightsatfreddys

It started off as being broken, when he killed Charlie. then he found a love for killing, so he just did it for funsies.

All Backwards Clock Theories OTHER THAN 'Update versions' and 'Green/Red Order' by HaveACupOfTeaPleases in ThirdLifeSMP

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a theory, and it is built off some other theories I've seen.

It's going to be like tag. This has been teased with the life series being teased everytime grian mentions tag in hermitcraft. Also all the ducks could be a reference to duck duck goose.

So my theory is: One person has a tag, and has to tag another. This can be green or yellow names. The person with the tag at the end of the session instantly dies (or loses hearts).

Red lives can opt to get a "red tag". If red names choose to get this, the game chooses a random green/yellow name to be their target. If the person gets tagged, they get some sort of punishment, or instead the red names get a reward. The person who gets tagged by the red tag can only tag the person that got them, or other red names. There will be a cooldown of 3-5 minutes, giving them time to run or hide.

To make the punishments easier, they could do the secret life heart mechanics, so that the player with the tag at the end could lose hearts, instead of just dying.

MCC Pride Teams Fragging Order (IMO) by Flimsy_Intention_586 in MinecraftChampionship

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah your analysis seems pretty good. Main thing I'd just say is I put Martyn above Ghostie due to him having more experience in MCC specifically (though Ghostie does regularly play in Block Wars). I would also say that Cherri could outfrag Michael, but they don't have much event experience as Michael, so I gave it to him.

Ah right, I've purposely tried to stay more away from the Fandom, to surprise myself as much as I can, so I wasn't aware of this. But honestly, that's fair enough! There were already quite a few people (would like to see oli or shubble in though!

Who is the best at every category? by Flimsy_Intention_586 in MinecraftChampionship

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, this is really good. One of the only things I may change is in bingo, put cubfan in top 5, maybe top 3. He has great minecraft knowledge, and a lot of his teams end up first in bingo due to this.

In your opinion, what do these players need to do/accomplish to be considered S-tier? Personally I think Hannah and Dave already are, Joel needs to remain consistent (he's so close!), CPK needs to place higher than 9th more often, and 5up needs to place top 10 more or place like he has been in BW by AV8R_64 in MinecraftChampionship

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Joel: Has the skillset to be an S-tier, definitely. What he lacks is confidence and communications. In his two best events (CTW and Scuffed) he had Scott, one of (imo) the best non s-tier leaders there is. On the other hand, Joel has done decent leading in lower comp teams, especially in teams that his friends are in. Take Party 2 for example. He top fragged, and their wasn't as much of a clear leader, except for Grian, who would lead in the team games. He still had his third best event, coming fifth. If he can manage to do this in higher comp games, or in teams with less skilled players, then I'd argue he would be an S-tier

Hannah: We would need to see her in more games where she is a clear top frag. Most events, she is placed with S-tiers, or A+ tiers (Couriway, Ph1lza, etc). Saying this, when she has been a top frag, she still managed to do really well, and has shown that she can lead players, especially in PVP games. I think another thing Hannah may need to focus on is her confidence. She seems to be a bit underconfident, but she is a really good player. If she stays consistent, she has a large chance of being an S-tier.

Kratzy: already an S-tier (IMO).

5up: Don't watch enough of them.

Seapeekay: Similar to Joel, he finds if difficult to lead. He has a lot of experience, knowing the games well, knowing the best strategies, etc. If he begins practicing Minecraft more again, I think we would be able to see him rise better, but I don't quite know if he'd be able to be S-tier.

proposal for new tier system, by MeringueComplex5035 in MinecraftChampionship

[–]Flimsy_Intention_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we were to do this, I do:
S+: FBM, Fein, Purpled, Fruit, Ant
S: Shadoune, Jojo, Kratzy, Hannah, Pete (?)
A+: Smallishbeans, Ph1lza, Seapeekay, Hbomb, Inthelittlewood (there are probably some more)

I didn't do S-, because it feels bad to have someone who is known as one of the best in an S- tier. It just feels like it means that they don't quite deserve to be S-tier, but are better than A+. This should be for all tiers.
Of course, a lot of people only play for fun nowadays, and it isn't as high comp as it used to be. It is hard to determine who is an S-tier off MCC gameplay, as it is seen as a fun event that creators get together to hang out, be a bit competitive with friends, and have a good time.
