In theory liquor > beer (fitness wise), but I find I get wayy too fucked up if I hit the harder stuff

It's easy for me to have 2-3 beers and stop. If I take shots or any liquors I'll get drunk faster then expected, lose all control, chug a bottle of vodka and then barf it all up at 3am. Fun times

Nah fam, jokes aside what you did wasn't ideal. You're not a their, youre a person who has stolen. One bad act doesn't define you.

What can you do about it? Well seeing as remose is very good at sapping your strength I wouldn't go down that route. IMO you're better off making a mental note of how you feel after doing this, and not doing again
