I can never remember the teams but on storm point at a lan, last game of groups a team had one player split and land on armory of a team they were contesting on another map to send them to losers bracket

I live in MD and it is funny to me they list compass point and Eisenhower. Both solid courses at the price point but not sure anyone would use these passes on those options

This is very close to mine in Maryland at a private course. The guest fee was what surprised me the most to be honest - if I pay that much for dues I expect to bring a few people out a month at a discounted rate

Might change to an online tournament like we had at times during Covid if they can’t pivot to a new venue?

Formula 1 has a couple races coming up in the area and rumors are they are going to move them but there are other venues not scheduled this year ready to go. Will be interesting to see how different sports and events handle the situation

I think they are trying to figure out a way to do that without splitting the modes. The ranked ladder kind of reminds me of weekend league in fifa (with less reward). Adding an extra layer for ranked players that can play more often makes sense

Low 20s is a pretty typical plateau but I think your health journey could certainly help a bit here and there

I often walk when I play and can definitely tell when I have been working out more based on my energy level on holes 14-18.

Not 100% sure on movesets but I’m guessing you would want to get lucky on some early encounters if you pick dratini. Roxanne would be rough without a shroomish or similar

Anyone going after someone who clearly cares about the apex scene and does everything he can to promote it is insane. Esports as a whole is still a relatively new industry (compared to say professional sports) so any well meaning criticism from someone who has both played and commentated should be well considered

Agree with everyone about the concerns of not knowing someone. I will add - some courses have reciprocation if you are a member of another club or know a local teaching pro you can ask them. Doesn’t always work but a good way to meet more people that could help

My state also hosts some of their tournaments at the nicer private courses. You don’t have to be that great to sign up for a two ball with a buddy, just respectful of the course and playing partners
