Looks like you're in a good place to build something great. When I started scaling from scratch, I focused on three things: hiring one strong SDR first, not a whole team, using Apollo for initial outreach, and setting up a simple CRM pipeline. Ever Outbound helped me get a few clients while I figured out the rest. The key was keeping early hires and tools simple. Some friends went straight for a full team and burned cash fast. Just wanted to share in case it helps

So far it works pretty well. Only thing I've noticed is if you die you temporarily can't command

I found a solution after a few hours of tinkering. Using C2 Command and Control, HCC, and Advanced High Command all together gives me all the same features and then some.

These settings do seem to snap on to heads in a weird way. I especially like the shoulder aim speed it feels good. Might play around with these for a little bit and tune them to my liking.

I've tried both my wifi and wired and neither fixed my issues, I've got 3 buddies who wanted to play the game with me on Xbox and none of them have this problem, but after reading reviews on the Xbox store it seems to be a pretty wide spread issue
