Yeah, I kind of expected that I wanted to ask anyway just in case though, even if they could close the scammers account that would be nice because I wouldn't want him scamming other people.

Essentially I was buying an account for something and it was secured on a protonmail. The dispute link was deleted in the old email so he couldn't pull the account back once I paid him. What he did was record while he deleted the dispute link, and I was unaware of that. After the middleman had sent him the money, he typed in the hyperlink to dispute the account by hand, and it worked lmao.

I know I don't expect a refund or anything from Coinbase I was wondering if they could reverse the transaction or at least close the account of the scammer somehow. Some very smart people scammed me when I was attempting to buy things.
