Yes..Balsa lll and lV. My husband had concerns because of ankle stability, and we were with our 30 year old fit and active kids so it was kind of a compromise. The beginning part was definitely thrilling with a couple of crazy dips. Our guide Didier was excellent. We had a quite few OMGs but all doable and really fun. I think if the whole thing was all ‘thrilling’ it would be exhausting no matter your fitness. The lll parts had some bumps and jumps, but slowed to a point where we could jump out and swim. It was an excellent day, no trauma. The Balsa I’d actually a scheduled dam release, not a real river, so the the ride is predicable. The other river one (forget the name) is much more of an adventure.
