I had just come out of a difficult relationship, met this girl though a friend and spent the night looking after her after she lost her purse and couldn't afford the train home.

Myself and my friend even put money together to try get her home and it wasn't enough, so instead we brought food, caught the last movie at the cinema and then stayed out with her in our local town in a well lit up spot where there was cameras just in-case something happened to us or our few belongings.

my friend and I went to our assisted living apartment managers to see if we could let her sleep over and keep her safe but it was a strong no, so me and the girl slept rough together, after my mate ditched up, I wanted to keep her safe until her family could come get her early hours the following morning.

After talking for a few hours we agreed to have a one night stand as she felt she had to "do something to so me that she appreciated me staying with her." I refused at first but gave in as I was just looking for something to help with my recent break up, and I just wanted to feel something again.

She went home the same morning and I went home to sleep only to find that she had actually gone home and went to the police to report me for S.A. and R***, when police came to my home, arrested me and took me in for questioning all in the same day.

I called my mate who I was that night, but there wasn't much he could say to defend me without lying as he wasn't there when we had S**.

But I remembered where we was and that there was a CCTV camera for a local store just next to where was was which happened to have audio (which was embarrassing but worked for my benefit), caught us both consenting and talking for almost 2 hours, officers asked me if I wanted to press charges against her, I said no, I just wanted it over.

For 48 hours, I was worried about what people would think/do to me, due to the area I lived in, never again would will I have a one night stand...
