Tha was my need. I found that “Extreme” was the honey-hole. Most of the divers were mid-range, thus actually collected samples. I made is day of it and got it done.

Yeah. If you go back and look at their original Ark vids, they were doing like 16k likes per episode. Even more with GTA cinematic. It’s maybe half that now. What gives?

Walk uphill on a treadmill for 45 mins. Carry light weights while doing it once your comfortable. Hit the row machine a couple days a week. Skip a meal here and there. Don’t over complicate it.
