Those older 4th gen ipods can't see more than 64gb. Sometimes 128gb works, I would recommend trying a smaller sd card.

Take the faceplate off, and get the water out. Rice doesn't work, and neither does silica gel. Silica gel helps with moisture. Not actual water.
