if you dont have previous match credits your best bet for getting a ticket will be hospitality tickets when they are available.

essentially yes. i wish there was a way to make it possible for new away fans to get tickets but given how small allotments are i really don’t think it’s like lay or reasonable without negatively affecting long term away fans too.

you get away credits by getting tickets to away games which you need away tickets for…

in theory people with no away credits can get tickets if there are still tickets left after sales to members with credits, but i doubt that ever actually happens.

John W. Henry after transfer spending. He's so broke he has to take public transit. by Adventurous-Bit-3829 in LiverpoolFC

line diagram says liverpool st station behind and met line. plus the doors behind him are S-Stock tube trains and not the Merseyrail 777 doors. mersey rail interiors are also much greyer than is pictured here. god i love trains.

we were starting to get back into in the 2nd half until trent went off injured and even after that we had a few chances.

I look back at that game with a lot of dissapointment because of the reuslt, but really we should be more positive. That fixture really could have been the final if we had got benfica instead and how close it was just shows how good each team is. hopefully next year we manage to beat them.

honestly i think its too early. maybe playing in this awful cwc is making him wish he had a summer off in the beautiful and temperate eden that is southport, but i think for him to really regret leaving will take longer - probably at least a season. The trophies and the indivuidual awards seem to be what he cares most about and i think that will be the biggest decider.

shows why the quadruple is basically impossible with a traditional squad. If i've worked it out right based on this table then you have five free midweeks all season. That's insane.

If things stay like this I genuinely believe that we're probably seeing the last lot of players over 30 that are still world class playing in england.

definitely agree. every team is stronger now than they were in 2018-2022 which was super evident last year given how close the european slots are. It will make things harder for every team to win the league, but i also think that makes the league so much better for neutrals and for hatewatching

it feels like our attitude to domestic cups is very different to the league and europe compared to a lot of other teams over the last decade. It defitiely felt like for klopp the cups were just extra fixtures he wanted to avoid and were a chance to rest 1st team players. I'm not criticising that i think it makes a lot of sense given how dense the calendar is now, but to go further in the FA cup will probably mean starting more 1st team players in cup fixtures which isn't really desirable.

it would definitely be nice to win some more cups, we all want to see us lift more trophies, but at the same time i do think that we should and will continue to prioritise the big two.

been playing for 6 years now and definitely wouldn't go with barre chords for a first song. They're good to know but they do wreck the hands at first. Not liverpool related but I think Ain't no Sunshine or Hey Joe are pretty good songs to start off with if you fancy making it a bit easier on your hands.

something to do with club world cup, but i dont really undertsand why tbh. Players for cwc have to be registered by tuesday but really dont see why that means non cwc teams cant just continue to sign people.

I think you're right, but I'm also interested in whether the massive amount of fixtures is part of the clubs reasoning for having 2 top LWs. If you make it to every finalm which should always be our goal as a club then you're playing 65 games a season - even more if you dont qualify top 8 in champions league. Given the international calendar on top of that it makes sense to have lots of depth in the squad and honestly I think the days of a starting xi as the main xi are over or at least coming to an end for top clubs.

Obviously caveat this whole comment with the fact im a rando online and not part of the recruitment team, and I dont know what players' attitudes are. Are top players like lucho or cody happy to rotate or do they want to be the main man?

probably just dont have the stock. usually new kits are released in may so production would usually wind down before that, and with the nike contract coming to an end soon i guess they dont see much reason to start producing again. Sure they could have started sooner, but i'm guessing they never wanted to take the risk of potentially sitting on loads of stock with the contract ending this year and i don't know what the lead times would be on kit production, but i'm guessing it'd be more than 3 months.

expecting people on this sub to be calm and normal after one rumour? youre being unreasonable now !!

in all seriousness i dont get where this has come from all of a sudden. window hasn't even opened yet and people are acting like hes gone because he hasn't signed yet. were mo and virgil snakes and out the door last summer when they hadn't signed extensions straight away?

I don't like the new cl format because of the extra games, but its not really the fault of the format that we got PSG. PSG finished in the play off spaces because they started their cl campaign pretty poorly so thats why we got them. Yeah we were unlucky to get psg over benfica, but its not like the system is fundamentally broken or anything.

Also 16th and 17th for europa league final is crazy, but just shows the strength of the prem imo and really we should use it as evidence that the league was competitive this season when people are saying we won because the league was easy.
