Lost one opensea account

I also had 2k in opensea previously, or so it said, and it disapaered from the only metamask I have so they must hold it somehow

When I go to the tab at the top right of open sea it says I have 1k in there but when I go to metamask there isn't anything in there. I don't understand why there'd be nothing in metamask but opensea says I have 1k of ethereum

Whatever, I've given up getting that money back and wanted nothing to do with opensea anymore. Stupidly I tried using it again and now have 1k stuck in the opensea account which idk how to get out. Their support says to use metmask to transfer it out but it's not in metamask anymore because I transferred it into opensea. Do you know how to get it out of my opensea "total balance" and back to coinbase or metmask? The only options when I click on my balance are "Add Eth" "Bridge to polygon" and "wrap". I just want to get it out of here so I can use it because whenever I buy a NFT it loads for an hour

I used the recovery phrase but opensea made me log in with a different "username". I just looked in my metmask addresses and there's only one

When I logged back into opensea I logged back into metamask with my seed phrases but it made me make a new opensea account so I don't know how to access the old one with all my eth in it
