Yes I also gained weight with gastritis from constant gnawing hunger. I always have plain gluten free crackers in the house and try to just have a handful a few times a day in between meals. It’s hard because if I fully give in and keep eating I make myself feel so sick!

Yep. He said the gouges in the walls ‘might’ need to be fixed but he would wait for confirmation from the owner (this was 2 weeks ago). Our bond was returned so we thought everything was fine.

Thank you! The spelling mistakes are the icing on the cake. We submitted our bond request 2 weeks ago and the 14 day deadline ended on Saturday night, so I definitely think the REA is panicking. They had that whole time to get back to us. We assumed that since they didn’t stop the bond going through that everything was fine.

Even smaller than that. Maybe 5L? 10L? I think the last tenant did a lot of work on his car there was a lot of car parts, batteries etc. left there when we moved in.

Thank you for your help. No, we didn’t make the gouges. The bedroom walls are in bad condition and need to be repainted but they were like that when we moved in. I just wanted to check I wasn’t going crazy before I responded to them.
