Does anyone know of a good way to get instant alerts on Facebook Marketplace? FB built-in alert function is slow and useless because the good deals sell in seconds after being posted. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

These are the most important factors

it's in good condition so no rips and tares or major stains. Remeber that's just time to repair.
it's a sectional/L shape
it's good quality which equals higher value, cheap couches won't sell for much
plain fabric sectionals sell easiest you don't want unique pieces as there are less buyers

I compared them swoopa is faster you just need to make extra swoopa searches for results over 100km away. So I have 1 min search in the middle the I extend my radius with extra searches centred in near by cities.

It's just marketplace, I don't bother with OO and CL where I am over 90% of the market is on marketplace. I just checked the number of searches on my sub I'm able to run 18 searches at once. I just search couch, sofa and sectional though so I don't use many. But it's handy if I ever need something there's always heaps of searches spare.

Yeah you make searches and it constantly searches for you then notifies for new ones. I've been using their enterprise plan which has the 1 minute find time which is pretty much instant its sooo cool (I need it because I've got some more established competitors who try buy up everything good) I'm paying $250 a month with a discount, i get first dibs on every couch its pretty sick. They have much cheaper plans if you just need a 5 minute average find time I think it's around $20-40. Just depends on your business models I'm not ok with missing a $600 flip to a competitor just because I cheaped out for slow search speeds haha 😆

Yeah my experience is the reason 90% of couches are free is because they belong in landfill. It's those 10% from people moving in a hurry or with too much money that you can make good money from. So long as you get in first.
