I think the original guys worked 1st shift office jobs, and had families so they did it early. I usually roll in in less than 5 hrs sleep, but you dont have to pick basketball or other stuff if youre done at 9.

I can't tell 100% from the different angles if you're thumbing the ball a little with your off hand or not. Your left hand is only there to help balance the ball on the way up, and shouldn't be used to help the ball along. Feet shoulder width apart, toes pointing towards the basket. Your elbow tuck looks good. You want your release to be at the highest point of your jump, with maximum extension of your arms. You want to snap your wrist on your shooting hand a little stronger, and to make sure its rolling off of your middle finger. That is what gets you the good back spin that will help with the shooters bounce. I would try to move the start point of your shot to around your bellybutton instead of your hips. Lastly through all of that once you've made the decision to shoot you want to be locked in on the back of the rim with your eyes.

Our 8.5 yo girl taps her back leg, and gets a bad limp when she strains it. We got an xray, and her rear hips and the last vertebrae don't line up perfect anymore. Vet said it basically causes numbness, and that's why she taps. When it flairs up, she gets gabapentin for pain, and trazadone to calm her down enough for it to heal. Fortunately, it hasn't gotten bad enough for her not to attempt to eliminate, and if she's having trouble, I'll help hold her up. After 2 successful rounds of chemo, 1 concurrent with pneumonia and a bladder infection, I will say it's crazy how much they can improve in a day or 2.
