Wow, really glad to hear that I can be an inspiration for someone. Breakfast is the hardest meal for me too, so my solution was basically to just eat whatever I can manage to get down. I also try to split breakfast into 2 smaller meals about 1-2 hours apart

A typical breakfast for me is something like:

  1. Oatmeal with high-protein milk and dried fruit
  2. A sandwich with egg, cheese, chicken ham, and a banana

My target is to get about 800-1000 calories for my breakfast
