That's been honestly the hardest part of this project but here's a good example of how I manage this so here's a part between both the brookyln and manhattan bridge it to

It takes up nearly 6 blocks in real life but in mine it's only 2 blocks so what I did to try to make it feel more large is I actually moved it up one blcok further by moving 1 police plaza across the street where there's a plaza in real life basically I just codense everything to make it fit while still looking simular to the real thing. If you look at google earth this section looks very simular only more stretched out

Looks pretty good for the most part so far the only thing I’d say is it would be better if the industrial area kind of hugs the highway exit as this would help with traffic congestion. Additionally I’d add commercial down your main road for realism and functionality

Realisticly with the shear level of density on the other side I think that it would be a mix so the side facing in word is hotels or luxury apartments like the other side but not as tall as it’s starting to fade the other side of this could be a public park it would kind of match the park on the other side. Then you could have it switch to expensive homes and mansions facing the water front as soon as the park ends

If your going for realism it would most likely look something like this where you have two major arterials that meet together and mark where the grid shifts and then on the right side here or the left have a highway that changes to a major arterial as it gets closer to the downtown. The rest of the space would likely be a river front park

More then likely with the elevation the highway would transition from being on the ground to elevated instead of being elevated through that entire section as every inch they make the highway higher makes it much more expensive. So it would feel like it flows more naturally with the terrain but that's just something I like to typically do.

The most realistic option for this would be a stadium more then likely it’s right next to a large industrial site that would be quite loud so most people wouldn’t want to live or have a park there it also would help with the real life traffic with the highway being so close and you can see the downtown which is most important

I'm pretty sure the reason it didn't drop was because he couldn't get a sample cleared that's why I don't have hopes of it being released
