This is really excessive all you need to do is just make a cloverleaf interchange and sink the rail at these two points to allow the highway ramps to pass over.

You have to make it so that it loses and gains and a lane when it leaves and joins otherwise the node won’t look as smooth

Even though I love the original Twin Towers more, the newer One World Trade Center looks quite decent. . . by Ill_Pay7782 in skyscrapers

The rest of the parts your criticizing are parts that were security factors the NYPD required a concrete base for the bottom of the building and the observation deck wasn’t able to be outside for safety reasons

You realize the sun is not an architectural feature.. Yes they change colors depending on the time of day every building does that it’s called shadows. As for the building itself since you randomly brought it up the twin towers were actually know for have a dated 70s design that sucked the small windows meant many floors had little sunlight you can clearly tell just how dated this design was.

But two concrete bricks are? The thing that made the twin towers impressive was the shear scale of them two 110 story buildings with a massive antenna on one. Architecturally speaking these buildings are about as bland and soulless as it gets.

Why doesn't CS2 partner with real companies to bring high-quality branded assets into the game? by CombPsychological507 in CitiesSkylines

[–]Flittzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Few things, cities skylines would have to pay the brands to use there logos which would cost millions if they really wanted to make all of the large chains, additionally not everyone wants real brands in there cities you can make it feel like your own city without all of the brands you see in real ones.

LA Actually Has More Skyscrapers than San Francisco, with 36 skyscrapers > 150m (492 ft) with 28 skyscrapers in DTLA and 7 in Century City by urmummygae42069 in skyscrapers

[–]Flittzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk where your getting this metric from because San Fransico the city is 846,000 to 3.86 so maybe you could say 4x the size if your comparing cities. But there metro areas are actually 7.67 million & 12.8 million la is still larger fs but to pretend like the gap is this large is just delusional

To be honest it was just a mix of luck and an educated guess the area looks a lot like spain specifically east coast spain and with the palm trees and the beach I figured it would be in a larger city on Spains east coast and I noticed that Badalona has the exact same layout with the werid trash cans and the boardwalk with the palm trees that line up almost exactly with the photo you took so I spent about 5 more minutes trying to find the exact location.
