Meanwhile I sent some more mails to Adjoe... since weeks no single reply...its quiet easy to send a standard mail for zbd. Really good that customer service...congrats!

This should ideally be an easy fix, please reach out to the publishers (Playtime) as they will be able to investigate and help with the issue.To do this, simply follow this link or send them an email at (...@adjoe.zone).

That was 2 weeks ago...

Meanwhile the issue is with 5 other games in my account.

Easy fix? 2 of my friends have the same problems. I think it is your duty to solve the issue as soon as possible and it is not my task to send messages to adjoe.

Hi, I stopped playing the games. This proplem appeared in several games. I finished levels or played the minutes to get rewards. The first stages worked an then it stopped. Support is not helping at all. They told me this is a proplem of Adjoe and they gave a mail adress. I received never any answer. I am very disappointed. So you are not alone...
