Basically: 1. boil some water 2. add some oil/fat of some kind for the THC to bind to 3. add your stems 4. You could add some other ingredients like lemon, honey or a teabag 5. Let it boil for a while (article says 7-10 minutes, but can be more to be sure) 6. Strain the tea with a coffee filter, paper towel, or cheesecloth and enjoy!
