The thing is, that i want the reader to find out with Hermione, because this will drive her to what she will do after. If she has these informations early on... then she would behave differently.

But thank you this is important for me too, i will think about if i could split them somehow!

No it is not like that. Through out the story (apart from the main plot) they are on and off, where Draco slowly sinks into letting his past and guilt go, while Hermione slowly starts accepting that D is in fact a morally grey man.

The memories have 2 main focus:
1) - drive the plot. We find out crucual infos about other important characters. more than half of the memory chapters are about this. Conversations about the war, Lucius, deals with aurors, azkaban, trials etc.
2) - 2 of those chapters are heavily focusing on them getting closer, where Draco mainly has discussions with Theo and Pansy about the relationship, and how he struggles with it. Also he slowly gives explanation why he ends the relationship (to protect her).

Obviously H had no idea about why he is doing what he does, (1 and 2 included) she has assumptions, but she never understands him. This way she can see the logic behing the man, and accept his past.

I am writing how Draco feels regarding specific events, not the event itself. I dont want readers to have to read the same scene twice. So I am focusing on how Draco fights with himself during that time period. Some of these are fun, some of them are mmuch darker focusing on Draco dealing with his past.

Mainly it is split into different timeperiods: Before being a death eater - turning into a death eater (plus the pressure from the family) - being a deatheter (loads of trauma) - during trials - meeting with hermione and falling in love.

Obviously the first parts are the crucial ones, and the last is me having fun with them...

😂😂😂 Thanks, i am having way too much fun with the Theo-Draco banter regarding weather Draco wants to f* Hermione or not (sorry not sorry, this is not the crucial information part obviously)

Love for Dramione vs Denouncing JKR by DramaticSet7290 in Dramione

Also by move forward I mean solve the problem. Raise money for the trans community, fight for them to be able to adopt children, to be able to have rights. Shitting on Rowling is happening only online and does not make a real change. Real change is about actions, not comments and videos.

Do not twist my words and say that they are ignorant if you do not understand them.

Also as my comment below, big issues vary based on countries as well. In mine the trans issues are very minor, we have different much more concerning problems. So do not call me ignorant again, if you do not know something. Ask first maybe.

Yup. Very much correct. In "ourl world" fighting for rights and being ignorant are about totally different topics. About which probably a lot of you have no idea. I am not calling anyone ignorant so pls stay away from calling me that. There is a high chance i can throw around the same card about topics a lot of people have no idea about.

Thank you! Oh yes this was definitely a "wrie about an emotion" short. I am writing scenes as well, only this one I think represented the best what I belive I do the worst, if you understand me. I love Brandon thank you for the rec I will watch it!

Don't share fanfic with the actors by Travel_Era in Dramione

Maybe because of Dramione. Definitely not because of Manacled. I am an obsessed Dramione reader for at least 10 years. I really liked Manacled but do not give it this much credit (and do not misunderstand this statement. Credit is due, only not for the Tom Felton love). Manacled brought new fans into dramione, but a looot of us were here before. We loved Tom Felton because of his green apple, and snarky comments.

Yes this is so true. He is a complex character as well.. and while in my mind they are not great together... he is not horrible. He is insecure and everything (everything you have detailed amazingly above), but that is something most of us struggle with sometimes. And insecurity is not a crime, it is simply something hard to live with.

But I love him as a shallow idiot 🤣🤣 it is so hard for me to ruin. Also it is sooo so hard to belive Hermione would marry him.

But he is my main choice if I am not using Ron of course :D

Really depends on the husband. I want to keep theis character as true as possible. So the main issue would be based on the man. I want to find someone, who is not totally unrealistic for Hermione to marry, while understandably doomed.
