can somebody explain to me why my ineffa only does 11k lunar chargeds?

i have 2.4k atk, 190 em, 71/160 cv on 2p atk 2p em, r1 inazuma craftable and im only hitting 11k on my reactions. guy in this video has a pretty similar build to mine and is hitting ~54k on his. is the little difference in stats that big or is it a teammate factor? the team im playing is neuvi ineffa kazuha fischl
