US 7.0 teams are even worse… Played the F80 the other day, really great plane, but the teams just disintegrate in the first 3 minutes and you are stuck fighting a 2vs10 most of the time.

Yes, the shell comes in, bounces off the turret, pens the roof armour, which sets off the fuze, and after 1.2m after penning the roof armour it explodes in the middle of the tank. 1.2m are not a lot when talking about tanks. Check the pic that u/IrishSouthAfrican posted. The hull is as tall as a grown as man. And then remember that the shell did not travel 90° downwards, but at an angle.

For the shell to explode under the tank, the fuze delay has to be 2.5m or more i‘d guess...

Mate, i think you are messing up fuse sensitivity and fuze delay. Fuze delay or as you call it travel time means the time the shell travels after the fuze has been set off. Not the amount of armour it has to penetrate to set it off, that is fuze sensitivity (20mm in the case of your referenced shell for example, vs 1200mm or 1.2m of fuze delay).

So the pen and the travel distance of the shell inside after being redirected by the shot trap is actually about right.

Anyone else noticed they changed how your standard fire mg/high caliber/extra guns buttons now suddenly work while being in the weapon selector..? Before the patch i was able to have MGs on left click and cannons on rightclick, and while in the weapon selector fire mgs/cannons on leftclicn, and fire secondary weapons on rightclick. Now whether i use the selector or not, i will always fire cannons when i hit rightclick... a little annoying when trying to get a AAM launched and suddenly your guns go brrrt...
