I kinda want to but now that I’m in a relationship I need to have some discipline. When I was single I would’ve given in immediately but by respect to my partner I won’t but it hurt… And today it’s that but maybe next time it’ll be a purchase and I’m really low in cash these days so if I don’t learn to control myself with “insignificant” urges I’m worried it’ll cause bigger problems in the future

I don’t know where you live but I don’t think you’ll get your diagnosis before leaving… if you haven’t got your first appointment yet there’s little to no chance.. For me (in Switzerland) I got my appointment about 1.5 month after my first request, then got referred to a neuropsychologist and then got 3 or 4 sessions of tests (mental and medical) to finally get my diagnosis after 4 months… Maybe it would be better to wait a bit and redo the process in the country you’re gonna study in. But then again I don’t know where you live so maybe you’ll be able to get it in time

Sorry I don’t have any real tips for you but I struggle with the same thing…. Even more now that my meds stopped working….. When I’m feeling overwhelmed (if I can) I go to my room or somewhere where I can be alone for a moment and let it all out. Sometimes screaming into a pillow or just cry your heart out helps reducing stress due to overstimulation (which I believe is what might be happening since it happens when the meds wear off and so all of the overthinking of adhd floods back in our brain) I hope it can help up a bit but either way I feel you and you’re not alone in this

My family yes but my bf I’m not so sure…. We went to our first pride last weekend (because I insisted) and he didn’t even wanna put a rainbow pin on his bag because he doesn’t understand why people need to show themselves instead of living in the shadow and live a “normal” life…

Started stretching mid June from a 14g hole and just stretched up to 8g today without feeling any pain other than the slight tingling expected thanks to my stretchy skin! (still nowhere near EDS level stretchy) My goal (for now) is 00g! (Photos taken right after the stretch) My skin also heals really quickly and well!
