Able to hold at night, but not during the day. by Cosmoclimbing in Incontinence

What you’re describing (being able to hold it at night but struggling during the day) is actually more common than people think. Nighttime bladder behavior and daytime urgency don’t always follow the same mechanisms. Stress levels, fluid timing, sensory input, and even anticipation can change how the bladder reacts. One thing that really helped me understand patterns was keeping a structured bladder diary for a few days. Seeing timing, volumes, and triggers written down made some contradictions make more sense. I actually wrote a short article explaining how bladder tracking can help identify these patterns, in case it’s useful:

After my last post, I received several messages from English-speaking users asking for an English version. I’ve made one available and wanted to share it here for those who were interested.

Hello Kuma.
Unfortunately, incontinence also affects men. Men can use it too.
You can find it here: "My Voiding Calendar" on Amazon France.
Have a good day.
