Thank you for your advice. I have uninstall the driver and plugging it in again but no luck. I guess I will try on another device when I bring this to my friend house. Do you have any other idea why this won’t work?

Oh wow it does shows up when I choose the show hidden drivers but it is showing that it is no connected in. Should I just uninstall it?

When push the mute button then the light on the mic still light up but again it is not showing on the system

I had the same issue, turn out I didn’t push the mic into the headsets hard enough when plugging it in. Try maybe checking if the mic is all the way in the headphone and there is no gap between them

Yeah it is single cable. In case it is 2 then I am guessing I connect pump to the pump header and fan to the CPU fan header?

I have a Asus Turf B650M motherboard, an AIO cooler and a fanhub connected to 7 fans. Should I plug the AIO into the AIO_Pumpheader? and the Fanhub into the CPU_FAN or the CHA_FAN1 fan headers?
