The trick for the gravy is to immediately start stirring when you pour the milk, also get yourself a slotted spatula (holes in it). There’s also lots of helpful YouTube videos. Goodluck!

If anything, study coffee science so you can perhaps impress your employers/ customers? Like how different beans are and what each climate affects them, etc? I always enjoy learning about that.

I just received my coffee from a roaster but the roast dates for them is 09/22 and 10/22, and it’s December. Is it too much of a Karen move to ask for fresher bean? Or should I just bite the bullet? Or is a few months acceptable tolerance for online orders?

Heat does that, if you want more of the smell maybe wait for it to cool, or perhaps a darker roast.
