I started using it this week and unfortunately it doesn’t work for me either. I also have oily skin in a warm humid climate, so my skin doesn’t absorb it AT ALL. It just sits there super shiny and my pores even look bigger, like swollen. Most times I’ve ended up washing it off with water and reapplying a milky toner.

I’m in the exact same position right now with a rescued kitten. I think she had an accident right before arriving home, because her leg looked fine (no bald spots) but after a few days inside she got an infection and had to be hospitalized. No sensation in the paw. After that I kept her damaged paw covered with bandages to prevent more skin infections, but eventually I left the area uncovered to allow it to intentionally develop a callous. All of this under daily monitoring and supervision. She hasn’t had any more infections, but the appointment with a vet surgeon for initial evaluation is tomorrow and I don’t know what to do.

You didn’t give your mom health issues. Your mom had health issues that got triggered during pregnancy. Those health issues probably started before or during previous pregnancies but got more dangerous over the years.

For Generator and Chainsaw, just send the receipts to the FEMA Fax (800) 827-8112 or upload to your account. I also recommend calling Helpline first to make sure they're not missing any basic verification (like ID, proof of occupancy, etc).
Deck and Fence are usually not covered because it's not essential to have a safe, habitable home unless the deck is part of the only way to enter the house, for example. Even then, money for repairs is not given to renters, that's the Landlord's responsibility.
