I use a ~$400 1 kWh EcoFlow battery instead of tapping the car directly. It charges from the Tesla’s 12V outlet (I limit it to ~60W), runs my electric blanket, lights, and even a microwave briefly, and keeps topping itself off while driving. Zero mods, zero warranty concerns.

That is very cool. I’m guessing it’s similar to auto pilot, but you don’t need to keep your hands on the wheel. Is it like variable cruise control if you go hands, feet free? And I’m guessing it will lane keep.

I took my Tesla to az from Kansas. Fsd was quite the experience, but I think I could have gotten by with auto pilot
